How to meke fried chicken.

I made fried chicken yesterday. It was very delicious. I thought that it is the first time to cook such a delicious dish. I want to cook it again, so I will write down on this blog about how to cook delicious fried chicken not to forget.
First, preparing for cook.

•  Ingredients:
•  soy sauce (umakuchi) 1.7  * You need two type of soy sauce.
•  soy sauce(usukuchi) 0.7   
•  sake 2.0
• ginger small one like a small stone
•  a clove of garlic
• Chicken (Wing) as many as you want to eat, salt and pepper a little

Now, I will explain how to make it. First, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on raw chickens. After that, make a lot of small holes on the surface of raw chicken with fork. Next, make a special sauce!  Put soy sauce, sake, ginger, and garlic together. Before put them together, grate ginger and garlic. After put them together, put raw chickens in it. Don't forget to soak the chicken in the special sauce at least for two hours. While it is soaking, it should be in refrigerator. Two hours has passed, take off extra sauce from raw chicken with kitchen paper. Finally, fried it with oil reached to 180° for 3minutes. Finish!!

things to do

I have a lot of things to do tomorrow. 1. I have to make presentation for speaking class. 2. I have to go to library at KGU to finish my reading homework. 3. I have to practice speaking with English Central. 4. I have to think about what I will write in essay 4. I have a lot of homework!! Thanks to many assignments, my schedule book is not white. Sometimes I am bothered with a lot of homework, but I believe that it skilled up my English ability and it give me chance to get over hard time. That's why I don't care about many assignments. I also have to do preparing for studying abroad. 1. I must study for TOEFL test which is held two weeks later. 2. I have to progress step of application for VISA. I have to access to website of Saint Mary's University and I need to register something about residence. I think I have  more things to do tomorrow.  However, I forgot.... I will remember tomorrow... may be...

Visa and plane ticket

I am preparing for studying abroad. I need to get visa. I need to get plane ticket.
 Today, I went to down town to consult with tour company about plane ticket. I am going to leave Japan around the end of August. A lot of people go to somewhere during the season because the season is  summer vacation. They start to make plan around May to June. That's why many people are visiting to the tour company. I was been waiting for a long time today, so I was tired today.
I have to decide which ticket I will buy as soon as possible or I will not be able to arrive in Canada before the classes will start. I try to finish applying visa and getting plane ticket by June 1.

BR1 07-RAINFORESTS

These days rainforests are dying. Can you guess why? Do you know the importance of rainforests? What ties do people have with rainforests? In this book, you can find these answers. I think almost Japanese people think that they have nothing to do with rainforests. However, Japan has strongly ties with rainforests. Rainforests give us important things which is vital to live. canker sore

I think almost everyone have had canker sore at least one time. I hate canker sore because it disturbs my delightful time. It is eating time. I like tomatoes and hot food. However, I can't eat them now because I have canker sore now. I get it easily. It is no exaggeration to say I have it once a month. When I was a high school student, I learned about it as free assignments. I found haw to treat it oneself from the research. When you get canker sore, (1)please keep your mouth clean, (2)you can't eat chocolate and hot food and sour food=you have to avoid eating stimulated food, (3)you should take vitamin.B and vitamin.A It is good way to beat canker sore. I have to carry on these actions now. When you get it, please try these actions. :)

Foreign countries

 I am interested in Canada because I am going to study abroad in Canada from this September. I think Canada is colder than Japan, so I have to be warm every day in winter. I have to learn about Canada before I go there. In Canada, maple syrup is famous food. I like eating pancake with maple syrup! I am  looking forward to do it. I want to do snowboarding in Canada. Canada is filled with green. I hope I can see beautiful view and take picture. In winter it snows every day in this country. That's why skiing and snowboarding are popular sports. I like to do snowboarding, so I want to do it in Canada. Canadian can speak not only English, but also French because, it was invaded by French. I have learned French a little, so I want to try to speak French if I have a opportunity.

  I am also interested in United Kingdom. I have been to London. It was nice! I have heard that it rains everyday, but when I went to there, it was sunny. Everyone think the dishes in London are not good tastes. However, I thought it was better than I have expected, even I thought it was good. Many people hits London when they hear the word "United Kingdom".  Before I learned about the country, I had same idea. But, now I am interested in other part of the country Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. I want to visit all of them someday.

BR1 06-SCOTlAND

 Have you ever been to United Kingdom? Have you ever been to Scotland? I think some people have been to England especially London. However, there are less people who have been to Scotland. This book has a lot of pictures about Scotland. The view is very beautiful. It also has Scotland's map which is useful to read this book. I believe that it must be encouraging you to go to Scotland.  However, before you go to Scotland, you have to know about Scotland for example; places you should visit, what you should eat and also how Scots identify themselves. Scots hate to be called English. Why? You can find the answer in this book. You will get the information about sightseeing places and food from this book. Even if you have already known about them, you will find new things about the country which you haven't known. I recommend you to read this book!
